Roland Byrd writes one of the simplest, straight-forward book on goal achievement that I have read to date. Completely blunt and doable. No big sacrifices. No “out-there” psychic explanations, highly technical jargon or guessing games. Just consistency. True enough there are parts that will make some readers uncomfortable. But that is just facing the honest truth with why we fail. And I was fine with all of them, regardless of my personal experiences.
